Anger Management

Assalamualaikum and a very good evening..
How is everyone.? good.?
Tonight topic is very interesting..
Anger management..
Some people do have an anger problem..
(Even I, have this problem.. true confession)
However, there are some particular ways in order to overcome this matter..

Anger..
How do we define anger.
According to The Oxford Dictionary Online..
Anger can be defined as a strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure or hostility.
Anger is provoked by an act or words said by one person to another.
Anger also could lead to the act of violence and destruction.
Therefore, anger should be controlled and managed by one self.

Here are some tips for everyone out there on anger management.
1) For Muslims, recite the Istighfar whenever you feel angry.
2) Don' forget to take the ablution (wudhu') as anger are made from fire(shaitan) and only water will set it down.
3) Take a walk, embrace the beauty of your surroundings.
4) Eat. Eat chocolate or ice cream. Now, that is a good therapy :)
5) Take a bath. Anger makes us sweat a lot as we produces more hormone. Stop the arguments, and have a long bath (revenge!!)
6) Sing out loud! Really loud.
7) Talk to someone who understands you. Or, talk to a cat, it won't annoys you :)
8) Draw. Paint. Sketch. Anything to express your anger.
9) Say your anger one word at a time. Keep it short and simple. I.. Hate.. You..!
10) Sleep. When you wake up, you'll feel so much better. Believe me, I did.
